I worked at the therapeutic yoga classes as part of my internship for a masters at Lesley College and learned a lot of valuable techniques that I've never seen anywhere else. It was inspiring to see people with problems in moving their bodies respond dramatically as we assisted them in their stretches and helped them through visualizations and coached breathing patterns.

Often these clients had become discouraged after completing well-known stress clinics where they had made little progress. It was rewarding to see them develop an interest in following the program and taking responsibility for their health when the new techniques started to pay off and they began to see positive changes.
